📋 Description

• Drive project management across SentinelOne's MSSP business, including product transition strategies, strategic programs, and special projects. • Track and monitor deliverables for the MSSP product transition strategy, defining milestones and maintaining timelines. • Provide project management across MSSP revenue operations initiatives, including quote-to-cash, deal governance, forecasting, and partner lifecycle enhancements. • Support ad hoc MSSP special projects and unify capabilities and offerings across internal teams. • Lead selected large and strategic MSSP programs, ensuring timely, quality delivery. • Build and maintain the MSSP project management operating system, including project plans, dependency maps, and status reporting. • Evaluate and suggest processes to anticipate, identify, and mitigate issues; coach teams on risk, dependency, and stakeholder management. • Foster collaboration across MSSP, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Legal, IT, and other teams. • Review and redefine KPIs to measure project success and impact. • Develop and deliver dashboards and analytics tracking project status, metrics, and milestones. • Monitor industry trends, tools, and best practices to prepare the organization for scale.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 or more years of progressive experience working in MSSPs, enterprise software, cybersecurity, or the technology industry. • Project management experience within partner operations, sales operations, or partner experience functions. • 3 or more years of experience creating dashboards and visualizations, including SQL, data aggregation, and AI tooling such as Claude. • Experience with project management tooling, such as Asana, Jira, and Google Workspace. • Technical aptitude paired with a strong understanding of the business side. • Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly, driving requirements and projects with global, diverse teams. • Strong relationship-building skills across organizational levels, with expertise in managing diverse stakeholder expectations and a proven track record of making informed decisions and standing firm when necessary to drive project success. • Familiarity with risk management processes and strategies. • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, using data and metrics to inform decisions, measure success, and identify areas for improvement. • Prior technical program management experience in SaaS or a technical domain is preferred.
