📋 Description

• Serve as the first point of contact for classification requests from US customers and proofs of value • Work with Sales Engineers, Solutions Architects, TAMs, Support, and Customer Success • Own classification for proof-of-value engagements, validate results before customer calls, and join calls as the classification expert • Tune classification by adding/removing keywords, building customer-specific regex and dictionary classes, running re-analysis, reviewing customer-built classes, and managing allowlists • Identify false positives and false negatives and explain classification outcomes and changes • Escalate complex issues to the R&D Data Analysts team with complete, actionable handoffs • Track requests and outcomes and analyze volumes, trends, and improvement opportunities • Review proofs of value to identify needed changes in classification, processes, or runbooks • Keep runbooks current by reporting gaps, proposing fixes, and updating instructions as the product evolves • Report to the Director of Solutions Architecture and collaborate with the R&D Data Analysts team in Israel

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (support engineering, solutions engineering, TAM, data analyst, or similar) at a SaaS or security company • Startup experience; comfortable with ambiguity, moving fast, and taking ownership • Proactive mindset focused on identifying problems and improvements • Working SQL; ability to write and adapt queries in Athena or a similar engine • Ability to read, write, and test regular-expression patterns and explain false-positive behavior • Git and code literacy; understanding of Git and pull requests and ability to read and follow code such as a Python script • Clear, structured communication for explaining technical results to customers and writing actionable handoffs • Must reside on the East Coast USA
