📋 Description

• Oversee business development proposal processes and maintain high-quality standards • Manage the proposal pipeline and process for all new customers and projects • Generate and price proposals with project management, technical, and business teams • Translate customer needs into project scope, timelines, costs, and pricing • Ensure proposal accuracy, quality, consistency, and alignment with customer needs • Participate in client calls to define client needs • Provide technical expertise in customer discussions regarding new business • Coordinate with project management and scheduling teams to ensure achievable client timelines • Improve proposal quality with business and technical leadership • Support field business development as a consultant helping customers select suitable services • Support Sales and Project Management in winning new business • Maintain proposal templates and boilerplate language • Contribute to maintaining costing templates • Coordinate cross-functional responses to RFIs and RFPs • Oversee workflow of Proposals and Business Development teams
