📋 Description
• Build regional schedules; align labor, partner crews, and customer windows. • Approve high-risk work permits/access arrangements and verify tool/test equipment availability. • Ensure mobile app/CMMS integrity for jobs—proper status, timestamps, evidence attachments. • Run spares replenishment cadence with buyers; expedite critical parts. • Direct regional diagnostic and commissioning campaigns; convert findings to corrective work orders. • Audit workmanship—cable routing, labeling, mounting, measurement evidence. • Coach site leaders on contractor supervision, scope clarity, and acceptance criteria. • Resolve vendor performance gaps with action plans or reallocation. • Prepare regional cutover playbooks and assign roles for rapid restoration. • Publish weekly progress summaries and remove blockers.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum Experience: 10+ years • Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
