📋 Description

• Shape content pillars, storylines, and editorial strategy for thought leadership • Partner with integrated marketing leads across buying groups and audiences • Translate news, trends, and cultural shifts into differentiated editorial ideas • Develop and pitch stories based on original research, customer insights, SME perspectives, and market signals • Define and maintain Workflow's editorial calendar and publishing rhythm • Uphold quality standards and editorial rigor across internal and external content • Conduct interviews and write and edit long-form articles, executive bylines, human interest pieces, and SEO content • Adapt feature stories into video scripts and social-first formats • Brief and prepare executives and SME contributors for content participation • Assess content performance and turn data into editorial recommendations • Collaborate with integrated marketing, digital experience, research, and executive teams • Report to the Head of Editorial & Thought Leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12 years of experience in editorial, journalism, content strategy, or thought leadership, ideally within technology, media, or a related industry • Strong portfolio demonstrating long-form reporting, executive voice content, and human interest pieces • Experience managing editorial calendars and working within structured content workflows • Demonstrated ability to pitch original ideas and see them through to publication • Comfort operating as both a strategic contributor and a hands-on executor • Experience working with marketing, design, research, and executive leadership • Exceptional writing, editing, and story development skills • Strategic thinking connecting stories to content strategy and business objectives • Solid understanding of enterprise technology, AI, and the SaaS landscape • Ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling content • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, marketing, or a related field
