📋 Description

• Design and develop core Ethics & Compliance program processes • Translate compliance requirements into scalable, user-friendly workflows • Collaborate with Ethics & Compliance subject matter experts across multiple domains • Connect technical teams and business stakeholders • Lead automation and digitalization of compliance processes using ServiceNow tools, AI functionality, and other enterprise platforms • Develop and execute multi-year compliance program roadmaps • Identify and facilitate integrations between compliance processes and business operations • Connect subject matter experts with relevant teams to drive adoption and sustainable implementation • Manage end-to-end program initiatives from concept through deployment • Ensure timelines, scope, and quality standards are met • Support continuous improvement through monitoring, feedback collection, and iterative enhancements • Communicate program status, milestones, and recommendations to Ethics & Compliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience • Working foundational knowledge of Code of Ethics and Compliance topics, including conflicts of interest, gifts and hospitality, anti-corruption/FCPA, Trade Compliance, and data privacy • Proven ability to partner effectively across organizations and build consensus among diverse stakeholder groups • Experience with process design, business process optimization, or workflow automation • Ability to translate compliance and business requirements into technical solutions • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Project management proficiency and familiarity with PM tools and methodologies • Experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration, or other enterprise compliance/workflow tools • Familiarity with AI applications in business process automation or compliance functions • Background in compliance, ethics, legal operations, or related field • Experience implementing enterprise-wide compliance programs or initiatives • Knowledge of compliance frameworks and standards, including SOX, ISO, and industry-specific requirements • PMP or similar certification preferred
