📋 Description

• Provide strategic leadership for complex quality reporting programs • Partner across Quality, Operations, QTS/IT, Health Plans, and other teams to drive successful outcomes • Lead large scale, cross functional projects • Oversee program planning, management, and execution, including scope, schedule, and budget • Create comprehensive timelines and ensure appropriate project deliverables follow project management standards • Coordinate project managers and business analysts managing individual workgroups • Create executive-level dashboards, project status updates, and post-implementation analytics reports • Create and deliver best-practice and training information • Work with the training team to create and review training materials • Prepare and deliver documents for Program Steering Committees and the Executive team • Assess program risks and issues and escalate them to leadership as needed • Manage risk, budget/forecast, dependencies, and strategic analysis of business or operational opportunities • Serve as the first escalation point for project issues and risks • Resolve issues, create risk mitigation plans, and communicate business and technology issues and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience required • 8+ years of Program or Project Management experience required • Previous experience as a lead in a functional area, managing cross-functional teams on large scale projects, or supervisory experience including hiring, training, assigning work, and managing the performance of staff required • Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools required • Master’s degree preferred • Healthcare experience and/or managed care experience preferred • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
