📋 Description

• Set the vision and drive product strategy for Enterprise Search, AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and question-answering capabilities • Shape the product narrative, secure executive buy-in, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable business and customer impact • Guide engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners through actionable requirements • Leverage customer pilots, user research, and market insights to create intuitive and contextual experiences • Partner with product teams to embed search and GenAI capabilities across the ServiceNow ecosystem • Define and refine metrics for search and AI performance, relevance, and business value • Manage and mentor a team of 4+ Product Managers • Lead development of enterprise search and conversational AI capabilities within ServiceNow’s AI Innovation organization

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years building and leading high-performing product teams, including mentoring junior leaders and fostering cross-functional collaboration • 8+ years in software product management • Hands-on experience building enterprise search or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) products that drive measurable impact • Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks and modern search technologies, including Moveworks, Glean, Elasticsearch, and Coveo • Ability to evaluate, integrate, and innovate on context awareness, data indexing, and relevance ranking capabilities • Track record of delivering high-quality, scalable features at speed • Deep empathy for users and ability to translate complex needs into customer-centric solutions • Expertise leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to validate hypotheses, guide strategy, and measure success • Comfort navigating ambiguity, uncovering root problems, and communicating trade-offs • Ability to work with engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners
