📋 Description

• Own strategy and execution across AI-powered product experiences • Define the product roadmap and prioritization framework • Use product analytics, experimentation, and usage data for data-driven prioritization • Produce strategy, requirements, and prioritization documents for senior stakeholders and engineering leadership • Align engineering, data science, product teams, and senior stakeholders around shared priorities without direct authority • Mentor junior product managers and raise the team's execution and technical bar • Accelerate agent productivity and shape the AI portfolio's evolution • Resolve competing priorities and drive cross-functional outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of product management experience (144+ months) • Recent, hands-on experience shipping AI or data-powered products at meaningful scale • Experience leveraging or critically thinking about integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving • Strong data sense and ability to drive prioritization using product analytics and experimentation, with measurable business impact • Ability to write clear, senior-level strategy, requirements, and prioritization documents • Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and negotiation skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven execution with specific, verifiable examples of AI products shipped, tradeoffs navigated, and outcomes delivered • Strong technical fluency and ability to engage deeply with engineering on architecture and feasibility tradeoffs • Experience mentoring or informally guiding junior product managers is a plus
