📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end execution of the SDR onboarding program across multiple overlapping cohorts • Build SDR cold-calling, emailing, objection-handling, and qualification skills • Coordinate concurrent enablement initiatives and ensure project timelines are met • Maintain, update, and deliver playbooks, talk tracks, sequence templates, and workflow guides • Train the team on Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, and other SDR technology • Track tech-stack usage compliance • Use data, scorecards, and LMS metrics to monitor ramp times and identify upskilling opportunities • Deliver structured group sessions, call blitzes, and roleplay workshops • Partner with SDR Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to translate process and strategy into training

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree • 1–2 years of experience in sales enablement, as a high-performing SDR/BDR, or in project management within a B2B SaaS go-to-market function • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects or cohorts simultaneously • Familiarity with modern inbound/outbound sales methodologies, sequencing strategy, cold calling, and pipeline generation • Ability to navigate and train others on Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and Gong • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Comfortable facilitating high-energy workshops and coaching competitive personalities • Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Proactive problem-solving and strong bias toward action and execution • Understanding of adult learning foundations and interactive, practical training
