📋 Description

• Develop, lead and administer financial and operational plans for an assigned portfolio of owned and leased properties • Support occupancy and operational strategies and corporate goals • Collaborate with divisional service delivery partners on strategies and initiatives • Ensure a comprehensive occupancy experience for property and portfolio occupants • Maintain operational service continuity by applying service standards, asset preservation planning and work-effort execution • Lead internal and external resources in real estate service delivery solutions • Develop and manage operating budgets, forecasts and variance reporting • Develop, execute and manage asset management plans aligned with market real estate strategies • Plan and implement asset preservation projects • Serve as liaison with area leadership, partners and lines of business • Deliver property management services according to defined standards, policies and programs • Inspect properties, identify service deficiencies and property improvement needs, and understand customer needs • Support special initiatives • Manage service delivery providers • Manage internal and external lease agreements • Manage and participate in disaster preparedness, triage and recovery efforts • Provide professional property management service • Identify, assess, manage, monitor and report risks in accordance with bank policies and risk appetite

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of property management experience requested, including successful management of vendors, basic understanding of lease/real estate terms and building operations • Property portfolio management for owned and leased properties across a geographically dispersed portfolio consisting of diverse property types • Ability to develop, execute and manage operating budgets and capital plans • Fundamental business acumen • Ability to collaborate and work as a team across multiple internal and external functions, including HR, IT, Finance, partners and external vendors • Strong project management skills; well organized and able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to establish and maintain strong positive relationships • Excellent analytical, negotiating, problem-solving and influencing skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and presentation skills • Ability to use Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access Database
