📋 Description

• Execute the Sunbelt Standard in the field across assigned territories • Deploy the Branch Standard Playbook on-site • Optimize layouts, implement color-coded zoning, centralize parts staging, and install permanent visual management systems • Implement checking and audit mechanisms and deploy KPIs • Coach branch teams daily and conduct workshops translating standard work into daily practice • Build relationships with branches and identify cultural barriers to standardization • Serve as liaison between the Support Office and Branch Managers • Conduct facility audits using the compliance maturity model • Baseline conditions, score progress, and certify locations • Build feedback loops for continuous improvement and identify localized bottlenecks • Capture and scale effective practices such as custom jigs and Poka-Yoke mechanisms • Partner with safety leadership to mitigate operational hazards and build safe practices into processes • Document baseline and post-implementation conditions using photos and KPI dashboards • Present field progress, KPI reports, and improvements to regional leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field, or 5+ years of operational experience at companies known for rigorous deployment of the Shingo Model, Toyota Management System, or Danaher Business System (DBS) • 3–7 years of hands-on experience in continuous improvement, multi-site operations, or field-based program management • Construction, industrial, or heavy equipment experience preferred • Ability to deploy 5S systems, Lean principles, and visual management controls directly on the shop floor • Ability to read interpersonal cues accurately and resolve conflict constructively • Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels without direct reporting authority • Ability to assess environmental and cultural contexts quickly and adapt implementation plans • Exceptional communication skills and ability to build consensus across diverse, cross-functional teams • Data-driven analytical skills linking facility conditions to operational metrics • Willingness to travel up to 80% across the assigned territory or territories as needed • Ability to bend, squat, crouch and/or reach and lift up to 25 pounds or more • Ability to drive for long periods, load and unload heavy equipment, work in extreme weather, and work nights and weekends as required • Must perform duties according to Sunbelt’s safety policies and guidelines
