📋 Description

• Hire, train, and mentor a high-performing product design team • Lead significant design projects across vision, strategy, and execution • Build lean standards and processes balancing quality, capability, and speed • Contribute to product strategy and roadmaps aligned with company objectives • Use AI tools for rapid prototyping, generative exploration, and faster, higher-quality delivery • Partner with US-based and cross-time-zone teams using async communication • Build relationships across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data Science • Deliver cohesive, inclusive user experiences • Own UX artifacts including user journeys, personas, and UX measurement • Drive accessibility through inclusive design, awareness, and innovation

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a SaaS or enterprise environment • Experience leading and managing a 3–10 person design team or groups of teams • Hands-on familiarity with AI-assisted design tools such as Figma Make, Claude, Cursor, or similar • Curiosity to keep evolving design practice as tooling evolves • Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality design output at scale • Experience measuring design impact through quantitative and qualitative methods • Strong coaching and leadership ability • Ability to foster healthy design culture across the organization • Strong communication and collaboration across multi-disciplinary, globally distributed teams • Ability to manage senior stakeholder expectations
