📋 Description

• Advise Product on feature decisions and tradeoffs from an operator’s perspective • Review and comment on product requirement documents • Advise on custom versus standardized reporting needs for Property Care clients • Turn QBR feedback into prioritized product roadmap input • Attend and represent ServiceTitan at industry conferences such as PestWorld • Own relationships with key trade organizations such as NPMA • Write market point-of-view documents for internal and customer-facing use • Join prospect pitches and calls to provide industry credibility and answer trade-specific questions • Shape go-to-market materials and value propositions grounded in operator experience • Support discovery on nuanced or ambiguous operational topics during onboarding • Act as an escalation point for complex implementation issues • Serve as an internal resource for trade-specific implementation questions • Provide named-account support for highest-priority accounts • Translate customer asks and pain points into input for relevant ServiceTitan teams • Bring an operator lens to customer discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Senior-level experience within the Property Care trade industry • Direct oversight of both Operations and Technology • Proven track record of running high-performing operations within enterprise settings • Recent experience within the last 2–3 years leading Property Care trade technology systems • Ideally, experience driving a major platform migration or enterprise rollout • High market credibility among industry operators • Exceptional verbal storytelling skills • Deep operational fluency across recurring revenue/service agreements, technician routing, route density optimization, chemical tracking and compliance, and multi-location or multi-brand operations • Preferred: Direct experience navigating M&A integrations, platform consolidations, or multi-brand rollups
