📋 Description

• Design and build quality systems end-to-end • Set the vision for quality layers and guide the team • Engage as a quality partner in your squad • Drive performance and load testing with engineers • Champion AI tooling in your work • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD • Monitor test results and failures • Champion contract and chaos testing • Facilitate continuous process improvement • Collaborate on test planning with Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers

🎯 Requirements

• Systems thinking about quality • Broad testing expertise across multiple layers: functional, integration, contract, performance/load, chaos, and security testing • Experience with object-oriented languages (C#, Java, Python, or similar) is a strong plus • Performance and load testing experience • AI tooling proficiency • Troubleshooting and tool navigation • CI/CD and DevOps fluency • SQL and data querying (PostgreSQL and/or MS-SQL preferred) • Experience with API and contract testing • Strong Git practices and clean reusable test code • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments
