📋 Description

• Gestión completa de la nómina para más de 300 colaboradores. • Supervisar y coordinar la facturación de clientes. • Liderar procesos disciplinarios con imparcialidad. • Colaborar con el área de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo (SST). • Promover el bienestar y la integración del personal. • Participar activamente en la selección de personal. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de KPI establecidos.

🎯 Requirements

• Profesional en administración de empresas, ingeniería, psicología o afines. • Mínimo 2 años de experiencia en roles similares. • Experiencia en reporte de nómina para más de 300 colaboradores. • Capacidad para manejar procesos disciplinarios y de selección. • Conocimiento en facturación de clientes y cumplimiento de KPI. • Disponibilidad para iniciar de inmediata.
