📋 Description

• Serve as a lead technical resource on ServiceNow projects • Develop and implement ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients • Participate in or lead design, requirements, and technical workshops • Lead development, testing, and deployment activities • Develop understanding of implemented solutions and clients’ businesses • Apply ServiceNow best practices • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow versions and features

🎯 Requirements

• At least 4 years of ServiceNow development, configuration, and integration experience • Proven experience executing ServiceNow implementations • Experience in preferred areas including Customer Service Management, Field Service Management, HR Service Delivery, Service Portal, Integration Hub or REST/SOAP Web Services, AppEngine Studio, and frontend development with HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, and AngularJS • Keen attention to detail • Strong communication and presentation skills • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
