📋 Description

• Provide consultation services and support to assigned franchisees across customer service, revenue growth, profitability, management growth, and staff development • Conduct one-on-one visits in franchise offices, virtual training sessions, area meetings, and regular conference calls • Document coaching and development sessions in Salesforce and measure results using franchise Key Performance Metrics • Monitor franchise performance and coach improvements in customer service • Assess franchise operations and provide advice and targeted training to support revenue growth • Engage franchises in annual strategic planning, goal setting, marketing development, and service-line growth • Review financial metrics, including break-even, financial trends, and cash flow, to guide profitability • Advise owners on coaching, mentoring, accountability, management, and management-team development • Support staff training and monitor employee development • Keep the Regional Director of Operations informed and provide weekly production updates • Document franchise consultation activities in Salesforce • Stay current on cleaning and restoration technology and best practices • Conduct meetings for system updates, instructional training, and franchise-owner feedback • Assist with onboarding and development of franchise owners, including resales, new sales, and territory expansions • Adapt training and resources to franchise needs through customized, project-based, or recurring support • Answer business operation and development questions • Manage individual expense reports according to company travel policy • Maximize revenues and document plans to improve each franchise • Facilitate inter-office collaboration and mentorship • Complete company initiatives and assigned tasks efficiently • Provide headquarters with franchise feedback and support other SERVPRO divisions as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years as a consultant for a franchise system OR ten (10) years as a successful business owner • English language fluency required • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, verbally and in writing, with people at all organizational levels • Consultative skills and "the Passion to Serve" franchisees • Ability to present and speak professionally to large groups • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint • Thorough understanding of the SERVPRO Operating System • Thorough understanding of SERVPRO Stages of Development • Understanding of financial statements, QuickBooks Online, and general business practices • Complete understanding of training venues, resources, and programs • Professional representation and etiquette • Positive professional attitude toward franchisees, team members, and colleagues • Proven competence in leadership and academics • Ability to work collaboratively and fully engage in special projects • Ongoing effort to increase industry knowledge and support the brand • Must reside in or preferably near the Greater Nashville, TN area or one of FL, GA, TN, SC, NC, or AL • Regular travel throughout the Southeast region required • College degree and/or appropriate work experience, including prior business ownership, consulting experience, or mid-level or higher management accountability • Ability to complete IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) within the first year of employment • Successful passing grade of company-provided IICRC WRT and ASD testing is acceptable
