• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Communications, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience. • 5+ years in account management or client service roles in a Digital Marketing Agency (or similar industry), with a proven track record managing Home Service clients. • 3+ years of experience leading and coaching high-performing teams. • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices. • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to inspire, develop, and retain top talent. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively engaging with clients, team members, and executive leadership. • Proficiency in CRM systems and other tools that support service delivery and client management. • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and a results-driven mindset. • Strong executive presence with excellent presentation and strategic planning skills.
