• Provide specialized support for high-value clients, including direct communication, strategic oversight of ranking plans, and ensuring client satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement advanced SEO strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of high-value clients. • Contribute to the growth of product revenue by identifying and executing upselling opportunities within the high-value client portfolio. • Conduct pre-launch audits for new VIP clients to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and successful launch. • Analyze and create organic ranking goals, implementing tailored strategies to enhance visibility and drive targeted traffic for high-value clients. • Act as a senior-level resource, providing mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field — or equivalent experience. • 3+ years experience in high-value client-facing roles, within an SEO environment. • Strong understanding of organic ranking strategies and SEO best practices. • Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and third-party SEO platforms. • Experience with upselling and revenue growth strategies is a plus.
