• 3 to 5 years in SEO, content marketing, or growth, with experience working on AEO / GEO / AI search optimization. • A track record of moving growth metrics: organic traffic, AI citations, qualified sign-ups. • Strong technical SEO foundation: structured data, internal linking, redirects, crawl health, Search Console. • Hands-on comfort in Webflow or other CMS platforms. • Exceptional AI prompting skills. • Data fluency. Comfortable in GA, Search Console, and AI visibility tools. • An operator's mindset.
