📋 Description

• Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and to client standards • Serve as the primary client contact, communicate project updates, and resolve issues • Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers • Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration • Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting according to Sevan standards and best practices • Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery • Conduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews • Represent Sevan in client and project meetings • Foster relationships with clients, partners, and vendors • Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success • Drive nationwide grocery store remodel construction programs • Support safety, sustainability, and other Sevan-wide initiatives • Participate in training and mentor interns and co-ops

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10–15 years of relevant experience • 7–10+ years of experience in construction management within the retail or grocery sectors • Familiarity with facility projects focused on refrigeration, electrical, HVAC, or vertical mobility • Expertise within refrigeration, electrical, and HVAC is highly preferred • Proven expertise in construction project management • Strong knowledge of all project phases from preconstruction through closeout • Exceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels • Proficiency in Procore and Smartsheet • PMP certification preferred • Ability to work remotely in a home-office setting • Ability to manage time effectively with multiple projects and deadlines • Willingness and ability to travel to project locations, including weekly site visits as needed • Ability to work multi-shift schedules when required • Ability to sit regularly, stand and walk occasionally, and lift or move up to 15 pounds occasionally
