📋 Description

• Act as an owner’s representative leading programs consisting of multiple restaurant and retail tenant improvement projects inside airport terminals • Act as an extension of the owner’s design and construction staff • Oversee general contractors, designers, and vendors across multiple locations • Lead full program delivery, including pre-construction services, bidding, permitting, and scheduling • Oversee construction, change orders, invoicing, punch lists, and project closeout • Support the Project Executive or Operations Director in developing project proposals, budgets, schedules, and resource plans • Lead and coordinate project teams to ensure timely, budget-compliant, client-standard delivery • Serve as the primary client contact, communicate project updates, and resolve issues • Source, negotiate, and manage contractors, subcontractors, and third-party providers • Oversee estimating, bidding, permitting, and contract administration • Manage project changes, documentation, and reporting according to Sevan standards and best practices • Implement Sevan technology solutions to enhance project delivery • Conduct project kickoffs and lessons-learned reviews • Represent Sevan in client and project meetings • Build relationships with clients, partners, and vendors • Anticipate challenges and develop solutions to minimize risk and ensure project success

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field, or 10-15 years of relevant experience • Commercial retail, restaurant, tenant improvement, rebuild, and ground up construction experience required • 5-10+ years experience working directly on this type of work as a Project Manager or Senior PM • Airport experience a plus, including ability to have/to get TSA clearance • Proven expertise in construction project management, with strong knowledge of all phases from preconstruction through closeout • Exceptional communication skills with clients, contractors, and project teams at all levels • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Procore, and Smartsheets • PMP certification preferred • Qualified individuals must live in Seattle, WA • Regional travel required 50-80% on an as needed basis, up to and including weekly site visits • Multi-shift work may be required • Ability to work in a full-time schedule
