📋 Description

• Research potential customers and reach out to e-commerce companies by phone, email, and LinkedIn • Qualify initial conversations • Maintain opportunities in the CRM and build the sales pipeline • Speak with companies about their goals and challenges in international shipping • Understand customer requirements and prepare suitable solution proposals together with experienced colleagues • Develop knowledge of the market, competition, and logistics • Accompany the team to customer meetings and trade fairs

🎯 Requirements

• At least a bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is preferred • A recent graduate starting their career or up to 2 years of sales experience, e.g. through internships, working student roles, or an initial sales position • German at C2 level • Fluent English at C1+ level • Experience in logistics or e-commerce is a major plus but not required • Enjoy convincing people, solving problems, and building long-term partnerships • Proactive and motivated approach to work • Willingness to develop further in e-commerce logistics
