📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive holistic psychiatric care to perinatal, perimenopausal, and menopausal patients through a fully remote telehealth model • Collaborate with the client’s Seven Starling therapist • Conduct 60-minute intake sessions and 20–30-minute follow-ups, using clinical judgment to determine appropriate session length • Average up to 5–10 hours per week in a 1099 contract role • Adapt and grow with an early-stage startup, contributing to evolving workflows and best practices • Provide patient-facing appointment time averaging 5–10+ hours per week

🎯 Requirements

• Active Board Certified MD (Maryland) PMHNP license in good standing • Priority given to candidates who hold at least 3 additional state licenses in open or coming-soon markets • RN Compact licensure preferred • No DEA required • Minimum one year experience as a PMHNP working with the perinatal population • At least 6 months of telehealth experience • Some exposure to perimenopause patients • Solid understanding of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma-related conditions, and psychiatric care considerations during perinatal and perimenopausal/menopausal periods • Grounded in evidence-based practices for treatment plans and clinical care • Comfort and proficiency with virtual platforms, electronic health records, and Google Suite • Strong verbal and written communication • Adaptability and motivation to grow within an early-stage startup
