• Must be a U.S. citizen • Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one • Computer and phone to service clients • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment • Comfortable with 100% commission-based income • Coachable and disciplined • Honest and confident in communication • Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions • Willing to grow into leadership over time • Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events • No cold calling; all leads are warm and inbound
