📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional, consultative insurance sales experiences • Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Uncover customer savings opportunities and coverage gaps • Translate complex policy details into clear choices • Craft tailored policy packages across Jerry's 55+ carrier partners • Finalize and bind insurance coverage • Address customer concerns empathetically for a transparent purchasing experience • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the app and services

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales, consultative account management, or high-touch service environments • Genuine empathy, warmth, and active listening skills • Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining high service standards and attention to detail • Ability to handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance • Ability to educate customers about coverage, savings, and policy details • Ability to craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and finalize coverage • Ability to address customer concerns and purchasing hesitation • P&C license expected within 2 weeks after starting; licensing cost fully funded • Must currently reside in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia for full-time hourly employment • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Resume and LinkedIn profile required
