📋 Description

• Monitor the third-party insurance vendor to ensure insurance bills are paid promptly • Ensure adequate insurance coverage is maintained on escrowed and non-escrowed properties • Ensure lender-placed and force-placed insurance procedures are followed • Monitor Hazard and Flood insurance coverage amount requirements according to investor guidelines • Deposit insurance refunds and research pending items • Request and monitor approvals to pay insurance on loans with disbursement stops • Process customer insurance issues by phone and written correspondence • Assist with PMI/MIP payments when needed • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required • 1+ years of experience in mortgage loan servicing/lending; insurance company, escrow department, accounts payable, accounting clerk, or similar experience may be acceptable • Ability to manage time and priorities wisely • Ability to grasp concepts quickly, make sound decisions, and resolve issues • Ability to work in a high-volume and time-sensitive environment • Ability to work independently with minimal direction and effectively meet deadlines • Ability to collaborate with peers in a team environment • Ability to communicate effectively in writing, in person, and by telephone • Ability to use Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Quiet, private place in the home • High-speed internet with minimum download speed of 25 MBPS and upload speed of 10 MBPS
