• Contact warm leads to schedule appointments • Help families review coverage options and apply for protection • Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered • Help 3–5 families per week with life insurance-backed products • Attend occasional in-person conferences and leadership events if required

🎯 Requirements

• Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one • Must be a U.S. citizen • Computer and phone to service clients • Reliable internet connection • Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment • Coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication • Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions • Willing to grow into leadership over time • Comfortable with 100% commission-based income • No cold calling; all leads are warm and inbound
