📋 Description
• Provide quality resident care assistance with activities of daily living such as bathing and dressing • Prepare patient rooms with necessary items • Monitor vital signs and patient behavior • Perform basic resident care functions, including ADLs, ambulation, vital signs, and approved technical procedures • Perform other duties necessary to ensure delivery of preferred care • Function under the direction of the professional Charge Nurse
🎯 Requirements
• Current Nurse Assistant/Nurse Aides license appropriate for the state in which the Business Unit is located • Able to obtain licensure in other states, as required by state law or contract • Must have received the COVID-19 vaccine by date of hire • Minimum 6 months of experience preferred • Excellent interpersonal skills, including customer service, patience, empathy, and compassion • Effective communication skills • Keen attention to detail • Comfortable working with specific population of patients, including elderly patients
