📋 Description

• Set the tone and vision for the respective operation, leading with compassion, respect, accountability and innovation • Organize, lead and participate in client meetings • Lead a team of functional release of information specialists to achieve goals and objectives efficiently and profitably • Delegate tasks, make sound decisions and develop organizational talent • Standardize optimal processes with regional counterparts • Establish performance parameters and guidelines • Hire and retain talent; provide direction, accountability, coaching and mentoring • Maintain daily onsite coverage when applicable and arrange backup coverage • Maintain time and attendance standards • Coordinate with domestic and global partners to maintain turnaround-time and quality standards • Maintain updated SOPs and ensure training completion • Conduct weekly one-on-one calls with direct reports • Implement new clients and manage customized projects • Schedule and attend client calls and communicate with clients and Sharecare leadership • Review and follow up on daily report management • Prepare monthly portfolio presentations for senior leadership • Maintain process instructions and conduct client-specific associate training • Partner with Solutions and IT to troubleshoot connectivity issues • Monitor daily tracking and address client delivery and quality concerns • Assist with annual budgeting and fiscal planning • Review and improve financial performance, including revenue, expenses, profits and margins • Strengthen client relations and identify growth opportunities • Facilitate new relationships on existing or new accounts • Coordinate with Client Success to ensure customer satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and prior experience, preferred • High proficiency in Microsoft products required, including Outlook, Word and Excel • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment while prioritizing and meeting deadlines • Superior communication skills • Outstanding customer service with strong negotiation skills • Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving skills • Ability to handle confidential materials and information in a professional manner • Availability to travel as needed; could be extensive and include overnight stays • Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time • Physical ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of materials • Speaking and hearing ability sufficient to effectively communicate • Eye/hand coordination, hearing and visual acuity necessary for day-to-day tasks • Maintain current and annual HIPAA certification • Maintain privacy of patient, employee and volunteer information on a need-to-know basis • Comply with corporate integrity and security obligations • Report unethical, fraudulent or unlawful behavior or activity
