📋 Description

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance on system operations, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across platforms • Partner with leadership and technical teams to identify operational challenges and implement solutions that improve efficiency and service delivery • Analyze operational metrics, system performance, and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations • Support resolution of complex system issues and escalations, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including process optimization, automation, and operational best practices • Own strategic system operations initiatives and performance improvements • Collaborate with technical teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders • Drive system reliability, efficiency, and continuous operational improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 8–10+ years of experience in system operations, IT service delivery, or technology operations roles • Strong understanding of system performance, incident management, and operational processes • ITIL preferred • Experience working in complex, enterprise-level technology environments • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into operational improvements • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Remote-based within the United States
