📋 Description

• Lead procurement solution delivery for customers and guide executive-level discussions • Support complex vendor negotiations focused on spend reduction and contractual-term optimization • Conduct detailed data analysis and generate actionable procurement insights • Support leadership in managing portions of the procurement delivery team • Foster excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement • Contribute to process improvement, training, and solution development • Lead and influence cross-functional teams and support cross-sell and upsell opportunities • Oversee development and delivery of sales tools, resources, and training programs • Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, executive customers, delivery resources, partners, and sales architects • Identify and mitigate delivery risks through risk management and contingency planning • Report performance and strategic initiatives to senior leadership with recommendations for future planning

🎯 Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, or relevant work experience required • 5-7 years of experience in consulting and managing relationships with large, complex enterprises • 3+ years of experience in a management position required • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale or high-visibility customer engagements • Ability to travel to SHI, partner, and customer events • Ability to travel up to 15% • Expert strategic planning and implementation skills • Intermediate stakeholder relationship management skills • Intermediate risk management skills • Expert project leadership skills
