📋 Description
• Review and interpret clinician's patient care notes • Develop and refine disease-specific clinical protocol • Monitor ongoing patient adherence across all sites • Evaluate EMR for drug and disease interaction • Recommend therapeutic drug regimens • Conduct comprehensive pharmacist consultations • Manage, organize, and update relevant data
🎯 Requirements
• Applicant must hold a Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or equivalent advanced degree • 1+ years' experience is strongly preferred but not required • Knowledge of specialty medication pharmacology • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Experience using EPIC/QS1/WILLOW software is a plus
