• Facilitate insurance prior authorizations for outpatient medications covered under the pharmacy benefit. • Communicate with providers and payers to resolve authorization issues. • Track and follow up on pending authorizations. • Ensure compliance with pay guidelines and documentation standards.
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Valid Idaho Pharmacy Technician Registration • 2+ years of experience • Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
