📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with community leaders and referral partners • Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities • Meet with prospective borrowers to understand their goals and funding needs • Collect and review financial documents to support sound lending decisions • Analyze creditworthiness and evaluate collateral • Structure loan terms and negotiate agreements that work for everyone • Prepare and present loan proposals for management approval • Deliver timely application review and excellent communication (no ghosting borrowers — we’re all adults here) • Provide technical assistance and guidance to applicants and small business owners • Connect with and occasionally present to the Board • Volunteer and stay visible in the community we serve
