📋 Description

• Define the long-term vision and multi-quarter product strategy for the Creator Experience • Shape how creators discover opportunities, connect with brands, and turn influence into shoppable content • Reimagine the creator experience for the AI era by simplifying workflows, removing friction, and creating differentiated products • Explore how AI/ML can transform and expand creator influence • Use creator understanding, behavioral data, and experimentation to improve engagement, retention, creator earnings, and experience quality • Define and monitor outcome measures across experience quality, creator engagement and retention, and creator earnings • Establish baselines, make trade-offs explicit, and use results to guide investment and iteration • Align Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Creator Success teams around product vision and execution • Apply AI-native frameworks and real user signals to learn quickly from customers • Serve as a senior product thought partner, challenge assumptions, elevate product thinking, and improve decisions across teams

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, including ownership of complex product areas, multi-quarter product strategy, and demonstrated influence on product direction and business outcomes across multiple teams • Preferred: Experience with e-commerce, creator platforms, marketplaces, recommendations or Product discovery • Proven experience shaping product vision and strategy for consumer-facing products or complex platforms at scale, with a track record of delivering meaningful customer and business impact • Hands-on experience shipping and improving AI-powered products, including personally writing evaluations (evals): developing realistic test cases, defining quality criteria and scoring rubrics, and using failure analysis to guide iteration and launch decisions • Experience independently building functional prototypes using AI tools to make ideas tangible, test assumptions with customers, and inform product and engineering decisions before investing in full development • An established practice of using AI in day-to-day product work, from synthesizing customer research and analyzing data to prototyping and running experiments, with strong judgment about how to validate outputs and where human expertise matters • Strong product judgment, balancing technical complexity, business priorities, and long-term investments • Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives, influence strategic product and investment decisions, and build alignment with senior leaders without direct authority • Strong communication and storytelling skills • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience • A mindset focused on seizing opportunities and moving with urgency • Dedication to fierce prioritization and operational excellence • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-moving environment • A growth mindset and openness to feedback • For US-based roles, authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment; LTK is not offering new sponsorship opportunities for persons requiring employment visas such as H-1B
