📋 Description

• Expand ShopMy's partner ecosystem through agency and platform partnerships • Source and pursue strategic alliance opportunities across agency holding groups, independent agencies, measurement platforms, and technology platforms • Own partnership pipelines from cold outreach and first contact through signed agreements, close, and go-live • Build and manage senior-level relationships with agency planning, investment, and strategy leads • Lead negotiations and structure agreements with clear performance expectations • Develop joint go-to-market strategies that drive brand and creator adoption on ShopMy • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing to launch and scale alliances • Build measurement-platform relationships to strengthen ShopMy's performance marketing story

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, agency sales, or business development, with meaningful experience working directly with agencies or holding companies • Track record of sourcing and closing new partnership deals • Deep familiarity with media agency planning, buying, and measurement workflows • Experience operating across affiliate platforms such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or Skimlinks is a strong plus • Strong negotiation skills and executive presence • Experience owning targets or quotas • Background in ad tech, MarTech, publisher partnerships, or the creator economy is a bonus • Existing relationships across agency holding groups are a bonus • Familiarity with affiliate or performance-driven business models is a bonus • Experience building a partnerships program or function from scratch is a bonus • Must complete Form I-9 work authorization verification upon hire; ShopMy participates in E-Verify
