📋 Description

• Design and evolve the orchestration core, including declarative triggers across Slack, Linear, cron, and HTTP; durable workflows; and agent runs that suspend and resume around human approval • Create general platform abstractions so new agents and workflows compose existing machinery • Build the agent tool layer for Slack, Linear, GitHub, Notion, MCP, and a dynamic tool registry • Build the React management console for creating, evaluating, and improving agents • Implement run tracing, evaluations and judges, feedback loops, and per-run cost attribution • Design and implement APIs in TypeScript and NestJS backed by Postgres • Deploy and operate the platform on AWS using ECS, ALB, CloudFormation, and CloudWatch • Partner with agent managers who design and run agents • Help define patterns for durable execution, human-in-the-loop systems, memory, and evaluations for nondeterministic systems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and relational databases • Experience building systems other engineers build on, including internal platforms, frameworks, orchestration, or developer tooling • API design experience • Hands-on experience with LLMs, including tool calling, context and memory, and evaluating nondeterministic behavior • Experience building interfaces that make complex systems easy to understand and manage • Experience deploying and operating production services on AWS, including containers, ECS, ALB, and CloudWatch or similar • AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Cursor, or similar as a core part of work • Keen attention to detail in code structure and style • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience • E-Verify participation and completion of Form I-9 work authorization verification upon hire
