• Contribute to development of a next-generation first-person VR flight simulation experience in Unreal Engine 5 • Develop realistic simulation systems, immersive environments, and intuitive interactions • Shape virtual environments, prototype interactions, and refine user experiences balancing realism, usability, and immersion • Drive technical delivery across gameplay systems, animation, object interactions, physics, UI, C++, and Blueprint development • Integrate and support game assets, interactive objects, and technical content pipelines • Debug, profile, and optimise complex projects for performance and stability • Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers • Contribute to technical best practices, architectural decisions, and development planning • Collaborate with designers, artists, technical artists, and production teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Senior Unreal Engine Engineer, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality technical solutions across multiple areas of game development • Expert-level proficiency in Unreal Engine 5, C++, and Blueprint scripting • Ability to architect, develop, and maintain scalable gameplay and game systems • Experience developing gameplay, player interactions, animation systems, UI integration, and core game functionality within a production environment • Strong understanding of physics systems and simulation principles • Experience integrating and supporting game assets, interactive objects, and technical content pipelines • Advanced debugging, profiling, and optimisation skills • Ability to provide technical leadership, mentor other engineers, and contribute to technical best practices, architectural decisions, and development planning • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Nice to have: Experience developing VR titles in Unreal Engine • Nice to have: Experience working on first-person experiences, vehicle gameplay, simulation titles, or flight simulation projects • Nice to have: Familiarity with networking and multiplayer systems • Nice to have: Experience working directly with external clients and stakeholders
