⢠Several years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience ⢠Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labour ⢠Strong knowledge of Oracle Absence Management ⢠Productive experience in configuration and support ⢠Experience with troubleshooting and bug fixing ⢠Knowledge of Fast Formula ⢠Experience with Oracle releases and testing ⢠Very good English skills ⢠Nice-to-have: Oracle Core HR ⢠Nice-to-have: Payroll integrations ⢠Nice-to-have: Complex time and attendance scenarios ⢠Nice-to-have: International rollouts
