📋 Description

• Create, adapt, and edit content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms • Collaborate with the Social Media, Creative, and Strategy teams • Create posts, carousels, Stories, covers, ads, and other digital assets while adhering to each client’s visual identity • Edit Reels, TikToks, Shorts, and Social Ads content using materials from clients, creators, or internal teams • Adapt the same idea into different formats, sizes, durations, and executions based on the channel and objective • Identify visual trends, editing styles, hooks, formats, typefaces, audio, and creative assets for brands • Work under tight deadlines and produce assets efficiently without compromising visual quality • Interpret briefs, propose graphic solutions, and execute them with minimal direction • Collaborate continuously across different projects and clients, handling content production and adaptation requests • SIDN provides digital and strategic consulting, digital marketing, technology, and innovation services for brands, corporations, and institutions

🎯 Requirements

• Senior, self-directed professional accustomed to working with clients, agencies, or marketing teams • Advanced proficiency in Canva, including Brand Kits, template systems, animations, format adaptation, Magic Studio, and collaborative workflows • Advanced proficiency in CapCut, including cutting, narrative pacing, subtitles, transitions, effects, graphics, music, masks, overlays, keyframes, and templates • Fast execution and the ability to produce a high volume of assets without compromising visual quality • Strong command of composition, typography, hierarchy, rhythm, color, and graphic elements • Understanding of current social media consumption patterns and conventions • Ability to adapt to different brands, industries, tones, and visual styles • Autonomy to interpret briefs and execute proposals with sound creative judgment • Strong attention to detail across branding, formats, copy, subtitles, and final finishes • Regular user of Instagram, TikTok, and other social platforms, with knowledge of trends, hooks, retention techniques, memes, and native platform conventions • Portfolio required, featuring recent work specifically focused on social media • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, After Effects, and Figma is a plus • Experience with AI tools applied to design, video editing, image generation, or content production is a plus
