📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives improving operational performance, optimizing business processes, and driving strategic growth across the global Diagnostics organization • Lead projects from planning through implementation, including process optimization, reorganization, portfolio and footprint rationalization, and new operating model establishment • Work globally across business lines and functions to find optimal solutions for the Diagnostics Business Area and Siemens Healthineers • Advise senior Diagnostics leaders, influence strategic decisions, and help shape the business’s future direction • Collaborate with the PMO Head and senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities and develop project roadmaps • Translate high-level business goals into concrete projects • Develop creative solutions to complex problems and ensure successful project outcomes • Report to the Head of the Project Management Office and interface with Diagnostics Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and an MBA or other advanced science / engineering degree • 10+ years of professional experience • Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, business optimization, strategy, or operational excellence initiatives • Experience within a consulting firm, healthcare organization, industrial company, or similarly complex global environment • Proven project management skills, preferably in large-scale improvement and transformation projects • Ability to lead high-complexity projects in a global matrix organization • Strong leadership and communication skills across hierarchy levels, functions, businesses, and geographies • Excellent analytical, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills • Result-oriented mindset and ability to drive change and stakeholder management • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Project Management and Continuous Improvement certificates such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are preferred • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
