📋 Description

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives improving operational performance, optimizing business processes, and driving strategic growth across the Diagnostics business • Lead projects from planning through implementation, including process optimization, reorganization, portfolio and footprint rationalization, and new operating model establishment • Work globally across business lines and functions to find optimal solutions for the Diagnostics Business Area and Siemens Healthineers • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior Diagnostics leaders and influence strategic decisions • Collaborate with the PMO Head and senior leadership to identify improvement opportunities and develop project roadmaps • Translate high-level business goals into concrete projects • Develop creative solutions to complex problems and ensure successful project outcomes • Report to the Head of the Project Management Office and interface with Diagnostics Management

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and an MBA or other advanced science / engineering degree • 10+ years of professional experience • Significant experience leading enterprise transformation, business optimization, strategy, or operational excellence initiatives within a consulting firm, healthcare organization, industrial company, or similarly complex global environment • Proven project management skills, preferably gained in large scale improvement and transformation projects • Ability to lead high-complexity projects in a global matrix organization • Experience driving change and stakeholder management • Strong leadership and communication skills across hierarchy levels, functions, businesses, and geographies • Excellent analytics, conceptual, and creative problem-solving skills • Project Management and Continuous Improvement certificates preferred, including PMP and LEAN Six Sigma • Willingness to travel up to 10% • Ability to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
