• Oversee logistics, planning, delivery, and installation activities for imaging equipment across all modalities, including MR, CT, and X-Ray • Develop and maintain project pre-construction plans, estimates, and schedules with customer stakeholders • Foster high-level relationships in key accounts and drive revenue • Monitor construction progress and coordinate with facilities, architects, mechanical, electrical, and structural engineers • Resolve and coordinate construction issues and manage delivery and installation activities according to agreed schedules • Communicate project information, status updates, schedules, and scope changes to internal and external stakeholders • Attend presale meetings with Sales Account Executives and support customer sales relationships • Consult with customers to optimize equipment layouts and clinical workflow for drawings and project plans • Visit project sites to obtain measurements, procure cost estimates, and review electrical and construction requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience • A minimum of 1-3+ years of complex project management experience, managing multiple projects simultaneously • Construction in healthcare environments preferred, including electrical, plumbing, structural, and HVAC • Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings • CAD knowledge preferred • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously • Proficiency with MS Office software (Outlook, Teams, Notes, Excel, and Word) • Experience successfully managing matrix project teams and third-party vendors within a large corporate structure • Ability to travel up to 75% • Candidates should be based in the region posted and willing to travel to neighboring cities/states as needed • Must hold a valid driver’s license in the state of residence • May not have prior DUI/DWI convictions, pending DUI/DWI charges, or other serious moving violations unless prohibited by state/local law • Must meet applicable client Vendor Credentialing requirements, which may include valid identification, criminal background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with US export control law
