• Manage large-scale, complex cross-functional software implementation projects from project initiation to closure • Own project governance, including stakeholder management, schedules, deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items • Manage client and partner stakeholder relationships throughout the project lifecycle • Provide reports on installation activities and maintain tight control of project forecasts • Monitor project readiness and coordinate equipment and licensing deliveries for system installations • Review purchase order transmittals and follow up on unusual service requirements • Mentor and support the development of other project managers • Advise customers on facility requirements, including Active Directory, domain, IT security, power, network, workstation layout, and server requirements • Generate procedures, FAQs, and technical documentation • Deliver product, process, and procedural training • Determine and apply appropriate methods and procedures for new or complex assignments • Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on project execution, quality, and customer experience
• Must live within the Southwest Zone: AR, AZ, CO, KS, ND, NE, NM, OK, SD, TX, UT, WY • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience • 5+ years of direct project management or oncology experience • Ability to travel up to 15–20% for customer visits, training, or in-person meetings • Strong customer service mindset and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships • Highly analytical and detail-oriented • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proactive, organized, and collaborative, with ability to manage multiple priorities • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software • Experience with SAP or equivalent ERP products and productivity software desired • Availability to support projects within Central and Mountain U.S. time zones • Knowledge of software use and deployment in healthcare environments, especially cancer care settings, preferred • Project management experience or certifications preferred • Must meet applicable Vendor Credentialing requirements for client-site access, which may include valid identification, background checks, drug screens, immunizations, annual TB testing, and healthcare training • Must be able to work with controlled technology in accordance with U.S. export control law
