📋 Description

• Co-manage the AI roadmap with the AI Engineering Lead, including technical vision, emerging AI technology evaluation, and solution feasibility assessment • Identify opportunities to use generative AI and predictive models to optimize systems, processes, and feature sets • Troubleshoot systemic technical issues across data pipelines, backend services, and model deployment layers • Manage the engineering escalation pipeline based on data dependencies • Execute SQL queries to validate, inspect, and analyze training and production datasets • Coordinate system deployments and model release cycles with developers, DevOps, and systems engineering teams • Oversee deployment activities during maintenance windows and support timely engineering resolution • Track and execute project management activities in Jira, including backlog, active sprints, and delivery status reporting • Translate technical findings and system constraints into actionable insights for non-technical leadership • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of multi-team AI initiatives and system-wide dependencies • Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming in Jira and Confluence

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, or a related technical field with 7+ years of technical project management experience, or a Master's degree with 5+ years of experience • Solid grasp of core AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, fine-tuning versus prompting, and model evaluations • Knowledge of data pipeline infrastructure • Ability to write and execute basic-to-intermediate SQL queries • Ability to interpret backend web application components and system data relationships • Comfort utilizing modern AI-assisted engineering productivity tools such as Copilot, Cursor, or automated workflow agents • Prior experience deploying production-grade generative AI features, agentic workflows, or NLP applications preferred • Exposure to incident management or high-pressure production support in cloud computing environments preferred • Submit a cover letter and resume
