📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive Banner implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support, directly at client sites and remotely from home. • Conduct in-depth analysis of existing business processes, recommending and implementing technological solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the Banner Student module, ensuring seamless operation for clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Five or more years of hands-on experience working directly with the Banner Student module • Proven expertise implementing the Banner Student module and transforming and automating business processes within Registrar, Admissions, or Records offices • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, coupled with a customer-focused approach • Strong problem-solving abilities, self-direction, and adaptability • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time • Experience with the California Banner Module (CALB) is preferred • Experience developing comprehensive reports supporting various student areas using Banner • Proficiency translating user requirements into technical specifications for the support team • Deep understanding of Banner usage across diverse institutional settings • Thorough knowledge of relational databases and ability to read and write SQL queries • Demonstrated consulting experience analyzing complex issues, providing strategic recommendations, and guiding clients through successful implementations • Proven track record delivering high-quality consulting services, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
