📋 Description

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with personal lines insurance clients. • Review policies for accuracy and coverage gaps; provide recommendations to clients as needed. • Handle policy changes, endorsements, and renewals efficiently and accurately. • Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide professional guidance on coverage. • Assist clients in the claims process and ensure their needs are met. • Work closely with carriers and underwriters to negotiate terms and resolve issues. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in Applied Epic. • Support account retention through proactive communication and relationship management.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account manager. • Must hold a valid P&C insurance license. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • A commitment to delivering top-notch customer service. • Strong organizational and time-management abilities. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with colleagues. • Applied Epic experience preferred.
