📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day execution of one or more complex projects from initiation through closure. • Lead coordination of cross-functional activities to ensure deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and at the expected level of quality. • Identify, document, monitor, and communicate project risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and action items. • Drive issue resolution, follow up on commitments, and escalate concerns as appropriate. • Support project onboarding, testing, implementation, deployment, and project closeout activities. • Maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting materials, and executive-ready communications. • Monitor project scope and support change control activities to ensure alignment with approved project objectives. • Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria. • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependency tracking. • Facilitate project meetings, working sessions, and decision-making discussions. • Coordinate project activities across cross-functional teams. • Evaluate project workflows and recommend process improvements. • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business, IT, and vendor partners. • Communicate project status, risks, decisions, and milestones to stakeholders and leadership. • Facilitate alignment across cross-functional teams to drive timely decisions. • Develop and maintain project dashboards, presentations, metrics, and status reporting. • Ensure compliance with PMO standards, project governance, and documentation requirements.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree, or equivalent experience. • PMP, CSM, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certification preferred. • 5–8+ years of project management experience leading cross-functional technology and business initiatives. • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects of varying size and complexity. • Experience working with business and technical stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. • Experience with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid). • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams, and OneNote. • Experience with Microsoft Project, Visio, Planner, SharePoint, and other Microsoft 365 collaboration tools preferred. • Experience with project management and work management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent preferred. • Strong proficiency in creating project schedules, dashboards, reports, presentations, and project documentation. • Experience leveraging AI-enabled productivity tools to improve project planning, documentation, communication, and reporting preferred.
