📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of a best-in-class Customer Analytics & Insights program • Align analytics work with marketing, brand, and overall growth goals • Develop recommendations based on customer performance data • Partner with brands and analytics peers to provide actionable insights from multiple datasets • Execute strategic and tactical analyses using tool-based analytics and coding languages • Produce visualizations and communicate customer insights throughout the organization • Manage team deliverables, coach and develop talent, and provide strategic and technical direction • Lead organization, execution, and storytelling of strategic analysis projects • Manage resources for analysis deliverables while contributing to analysis directly • Align reporting deliverables with brand goals and strategic priorities • Build and maintain recurring Tableau reports and dashboards for customer KPIs and engagement metrics • Translate data findings into actionable summaries and presentations for brand stakeholders • Coach and mentor teams in creating compelling connections and insights • Perform data quality checks and document data sources, reporting logic, and definitions • Track projects and provide clear updates to leaders and teams • Share learnings and customer insights across brand families

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of customer analytics experience • 3+ years experience in data analytics, coding languages, and data wrangling tools • Primary knowledge of the CJA data model, customer transaction dataset, and clickstream (digital) data • Experience with SQL, SAS, Python, Alteryx, and AWS • Experience with Tableau and data visualization • Ability to translate data into actionable insights • Ability to create compelling visualizations and data storytelling via PowerPoint or other deliverable mediums • Strong verbal and written presentation skills, including presenting to senior leadership teams • Ability to take initiative and ownership to move projects forward • Team-oriented mindset with ability to give direction and collaborate across internal teams • Creative problem-solving skills • Commitment to building strong relationships • Ability to manage time effectively and balance multiple tasks
